On Monday, January 29, and Tuesday, January 30, 2024, the first event of dissemination of the OnFoods project advancement will take place with a specific focus on the activities of young researchers. The international reviewers of the project will be present promoting a wide discussion on achievements and future directions.

Spoke leaders will introduce the current state of the ongoing research developed within each spoke followed by a detailed analysis of a selection of projects presented by young researchers hired in OnFoods.

On the second day, there will be also a session dedicated to dissemination aspects chaired by representatives of the young researchers. The development of young talents and their contribution to knowledge and innovation is indeed central to the OnFoods project, in line with the PNRR guidelines.

The event, which takes place at the Department of Food, Environmental and Nutritional Sciences of the University of Milan, will be a unique opportunity for disseminationexchange, and networking.
