Spoke leaders will introduce the current state of the ongoing research developed within each spoke followed by a detailed analysis of a selection of projects presented by young researchers hired in OnFoods.
On the second day, there will be also a session dedicated to dissemination aspects chaired by representatives of the young researchers. The development of young talents and their contribution to knowledge and innovation is indeed central to the OnFoods project, in line with the PNRR guidelines.
The event, which takes place at the Department of Food, Environmental and Nutritional Sciences of the University of Milan, will be a unique opportunity for dissemination, exchange, and networking.
