In response to the growing emphasis on environmental sustainability and health, the "M.U.S.A. - Progettare mense universitarie sane, sostenibili e accessibili" challenge invites university students from Bologna and Parma to propose innovative solutions for enhancing university catering services.

This initiative is part of the PARCA project, funded by PNRR OnFoods, aiming to co-design solutions that promote healthier, more sustainable, and socially inclusive university canteens.

The activity is co-organized by the Department of Agriculture and Food Sciences (University of Bologna), the Department of Psychology (University of Bologna), and the Department of Food and Drug (University of Parma), with the support of the Regional Authority for the Right to Study (ER.GO - Azienda regionale per il Diritto agli Studi Superiori dell'Emilia Romagna).
