The service under this notice entails defining and implementing the communication and dissemination plan for the OnFoods project, aimed at actions and strategies that enhance the dissemination of the project's activities and results to maximize its impact. Support is required to develop a communication plan for the ONFOODS project, which includes the following listed activities.

Requested activities

  • A) Communication and dissemination strategy
Development of a strategic document for communication and dissemination that addresses the internal communication needs among the 25 entities participating in the ONFOODS project as well as external communication, according to the target audiences.

  • B) Evolution of the OnFoods visual Identity
Implementation of a phase to develop the current visual identity of ONFOODS, involving the production of an updated brand book (brand guidelines) and their dissemination across the ONFOODS network. There is also a need for support to ensure correct adherence to the brand guidelines by the partnership members.

  • C) Editorial production for enhancing, communicating, and disseminating the OnFoods Project and its achievements
Editorial production activities are required in both Italian and English, such as interviews, in-depth reports, and informative articles, aimed at disseminating and communicating the research activities and outcomes achieved. The outputs will be intended for publication on the foundation's website and its social media channels.

  • D) Training and coaching activities aimed at early career scientists
Design of training and coaching initiatives focused on enhancing the transversal skills of young researchers in the ONFOODS network, particularly their communication skills. These activities may also be delivered virtually and should include the researchers' direct participation in producing communication content.

  • E) Continuous support for graphic/editorial activities, social media management, and press office
Ongoing support is required from the assignment of the task until the project's conclusion, aimed at producing graphics and communication content for both the foundation's website and social media channels. Continuous management of the foundation's social media channels is also necessary. In addition, press office activities and media relations are required, specifically, the drafting of press releases and their distribution to the media. There is also a need to proactively develop media relations to progressively improve the project ONFOODS' exposure in digital and print media.

  • F) Support and evolutionary maintenance for the website
Continuous support is necessary for the ordinary, corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary maintenance of the website https://onfoods.it/

Corrective Maintenance (MAC) involves maintenance performed following the detection of an anomaly or malfunction to restore the software to a state where it can perform the required function, including diagnosing and removing the causes and effects of malfunctions in procedures and programs.

Adaptive Maintenance (MA) is aimed at ensuring that the procedures and programs continuously adhere to the evolution of the technological environment of the information system and any organizational and regulatory changes that might occur.

Evolutionary Maintenance (MEV) consists of a series of analysis, design, development, and implementation interventions, defined jointly between the client and the provider, aimed at adapting the software components and functions of the platform to the changing needs of the users, or at implementing completely new functionalities and modules. Support is also required for drafting and inserting content in the CMS of the website, as well as for the progressive optimization of existing content, and potential training on CMS usage for internal web editors.
