Le pratiche commerciali sleali nella filiera agroalimentare alla luce della giurisprudenza della Corte di giustizia dell’UE

The paper examines the relationship between Common Market Organization rules and competition rules applicable to the agricultural sector, with the goal to frame the EU Court of Justice case law examined until now, concerning unfair trading practices in the agri-food chain. In the light of the recent case law of the Court of Justice, the Author aims to draw a line of interpretation of the unfair trading practices as regulated by the directive No 633/2029, in the framework of the European Union law and for the purpose of its implementation at national level.
